Refund policy

We want every Lavender & Magic experience to bring calm and delight. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Send us a note at hello@shoplavenderandmagic.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund—whatever feels best for you. We’re here to help every step of the way.

Please note that because our infusions are consumable, we do not accept returns. 

Refund Timing

Once a refund is granted, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for it to reflect on your statement.
